MODULE 1 unites the available experimental base on the topic of each of the partners enters NI SEVE. It is designed to serve the developments at the level of technological readiness (TRL) 1-3. MODULE 1 combines 11 thematic laboratories, each administratively managed by an Institute/University partner of NI SEVE. These 11 thematic laboratories at the Partner level are grouped into 2 Integrated Thematic Laboratories:

• Integrated thematic laboratory Research and testing of batteries for energy storage
• Integrated thematic laboratory Hydrogen energy with RES

MODUL 2 aims to build an experimental base for the development of demonstration projects together with industry (development of TRL 4-7). It is planned to build two experimental platforms, which are not provided in other national infrastructure projects:

• Platform for technological development of new generation cells and stacks for fuel cells, electrolyzers, and batteries. It will cover the missing experimental base for scaling of laboratory prototypes in our country, which requires new technological solutions and equipment
• Platform for research and introduction of methane-hydrogen mixtures in industry, transport and household (injection of hydrogen into natural and biogas) - an innovative approach that is expected to be introduced in the next few years in the European gas pipeline network

MODUL 3 is based on both the specialized university laboratories and the laboratories of Module 1. The infrastructure has the necessary distributed base (material and expert) for conducting the standard forms of education in a new educational fields, where there are still no specialized staff (master and doctoral programs). The use of more flexible forms in accordance with the changing needs is also envisaged (incl. industry) such as: on-spot training, advanced training, retraining. NI ESHER also has an initial base for e-learning and qualification.
